Hi, my name is Beau. I've been a resident of a select gated community for the past 23 years. I've been on death row for over half of my life and I'm not going to lie — it's hard as hell at times. But I refuse to let that define everything I am.
I am currently taking courses through the College Guild, Level, and Edovo to better myself and continue my education and rehabilitation. Since coming to prison I have graduated high school, completed the Blackstone paralegal program with a certificate, and completed numerous courses through a range of programs and organizations.
My aim is to come home to my wife and my family. I have seen the ugliest side that prison has to offer and dealt with things that were very unpleasant. I want to come home — and I am coming home.
Thank you to all the organizations that help us better ourselves and allow us a chance to show the world that we are more than our worst moments. We can choose to grow and become productive members of society again.
